The council also approved a $9,150 purchase of a kiosk kit for Melvin Lane funded through DCNR grants, sponsored Dayze Gone By Carriage Rides for $600 on December 23, and voted to close Main Street at the west end on October 10 for the Hartslog Day Festival.
