PA ALEXANDRIA — Alexandria Borough Council approved park repairs and authorized mulch payments. At its July 13 meeting, President Judy Scott, Vice President Mike Peters, and Borough Consultant Dain Davis approved replacement of an electrical box at Melvin's Park damaged by vandalism and authorized payment for mulch for the park's bridge area. The council also approved paying Martin's mulch bill regardless of when it appears on the financial statement.
The Hartslog Museum Heritage Agreement, estimated at $50 to $75 annually, will move forward once the museum secures a liability certificate.
